2 years agoMost impressed with recent customer service and result of jacket clean. I received a call to say they required another day to re-clean due to some stubborn marks, and despite the extra work I was not charged any extra, and the price was most reasonable. I really appreciated the call and my special coat was returned looking spotless. I have used their service for years, and they are always exceptional.

7 years agoTook new suit for cleaning. Came out for looking terrible. Very poorly pressed, shiny heat marks on the fabric from over-pressing the buttons. Disgraceful. Should not be in business.

a year agoGiven this place 3 goes. 3 stuff-ups are enough. Pulled threads, holes in jumpers, didn't get smoke smell out of curtains. Excuses all round. Nah.
